What should be current status on i765 15 if i was f1 while applying first time but now my f1 is expired so , current status is TPS ? And for passport previously i have applied using old passport but i have new passport what should i put it ?

I wrote TPS/F1 coz I am on OPT. If your F1 is expired, write TPS. Give them new passport number. Send them photocopies of both passport and write OLD or EXPIRED on your old passport photocopy. I did EXPIRED label while I applied for TPS first time.

Since I am on the same boat, what did you put for date authorized period of stay in United States (25.b.) @frustrated

Should I write the date when OPT was expired.
Or the final date of when the inital TPS was set to expire (12/24/2016)?
