Hi I have one room available which is in the basement and all the utilities will be included. I will be renting the room for $250. My apt is located in Medford and its close to public transportation. Hi The posting posted before this message about the single room is not $250 but is $350. Typing mistake. Sorry for the inconvenience. Single room for $350 with everything included and the room is in the basement. Anyone interested please reply with your email address or phone number. Thanks
