EB-2 which national Jorad? Nepal and all other category is current for EB-2. You would need to start the PERM process for Labor Certification and move forward for the Adjustment of status. Attorney fees are varies on the complexity of the matter. IT related cases might go from 5K to 6K. If you need more information, please email GO METS
