Hello All,

I am planning to visit Nepal via Bombay, India and am bit scared with some of the horrific experiences some of us-sajha users-have had with the Indian immigration officials while travelling throuhg India.

PLEASE, provide any suggestions/advises if any, to avoid any unnecessary trouble while travelling through India. Thanks a bunch!

As many Sajha users have attested in the past threads, I would not recommend going to Nepal through India. I have had very bad experience going through New Delhi back in 1997. I am sure that the mentality of the Indian customs officers have not changed in a decade. Hence, I would higly recommend avoiding India altogether.
