Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone knows how to get a health insurance for H4 visa holder, like spouse.....I talked with my employer and even the insurance company but no one knows the procedure.....Your advice in this matter will be highly appreciated......

United health care even aetna provides reasonable individual health care plans, you can go online and fill out the information online and an agent will contact you. Rate and plans depend on where you are. Blue cross and blue shield will b little expensive. Other option would be to ask if your employer or your companys provider if they offers insurance for dependent.
