Is there anyone who got their reinstatement approved/denied despite of the work history while on F1 status. Because somebody worked on check using ssn during F1.
IF denied, any other options?

I was on same condition last year. Was working on pay cheques even two month after out of status. I was able to show some medical condition and i was fine. I got recipt after few weeks and was reinstated in two month. Just keep up with ur classes for now. U should be fine if u can show genune reason.

But what can you show if you worked on SSN ? I was out of status for 2 days because I didn't sign my i-20. Did you submit any documents regarding work or they didn't ask>>

What you didnot sign your I-20 and you are out of status :) thats bull, I did get Visa without sign in I-20. Still my first I-20 shows that.
