Hi guys,

My wife loves Mac  laptop..... and goes gaga every time  she sees a  Mac in the  ad or in TV.  and i want to surprise her by giving her that gift on  her birthday....

What  would you suggest.. Mac pro or Mac air ..???? would appreciate  if you could tell me what  you guys have .... and its  specifications....

she is planning to get  her Phd ( )  after a year. .. so i thought to turn to Sajha...for help in finding me her perfect Mac book. This would be her first Mac though.. she is fed up with Dell n its battery hogging issues.....

 Do not buy a new mac now. There is a new version coming up with the retina display. Might just be annouced with the new baby Ipad announcement. Of course if you want to same some money, head over to Microcenter if you have it in your area, they have it cheaper there for 100 less or even more. Here are the examples, this is from Cambridge Microcenter in MA http://microcenter.com/search/search_results.aspx?N=4294964325+517+4294966363 .Pro is more powerful, but Air is thin and light. Decide if you want form over function. 

I never had ipod/ipdad/iphone before buying my first ever Apple Product i.e  MacBook Air.
I'm loving this $#!T :-) There is so much being offered for ex hand gestures, GUI, processing, portable mobility etc.
Its better if you try it before hand in Apple Store.
