i agree, I -nepali. Its one of the better songs in Nepali modern music. Its the Axe band. The vocalist is simply awesome ( I think he is the main songwriter in the band). But this is a very old song of theirs, released about 10 years ago if I am not mistaken. This song should have been more popular than it is. Its a shame that Nepalese have to put up with other inferior bands but singers like this dont get appreciated that much.
Another singer/composer that comes to my mind is Deepak Thapa (Bidesh Jane Mayalu timilai....). That was also superb.
