I am trying to start my internet business and would like some suggestions and help from you all.
I have a very limited knowledge on HTML. So what could be the best way to start a website? Are there online companies that create business website for monthly charges?
And what do I need to do, like acquiring liscence so that my customers could use their credit/debt cards?

You just need to have some money, domain name (Website name). Just browse around the web or ask friends about cheap company that can create and host a website for you, and keep an update of your web site when needed.
