there is no difference in pay for being permanent resident. but if you have experience and can start taking responsibilities right away, pay will be little bit higher than the average. No, there is no option for partnership. And parking/parking space is not a problem at all.

I am iterested in and would like to know how you devide the shift. I am available Mon-Thurs  after 10 am to  5-6pm.
