I seriously need a help. I have to attest my transcripts of TU but I could not find any place.
Most of the school has notary public but the school I have applied doesnot validate the notarized copy.
Please suggest what should I do?

I have even submitted the evaluation by ECE but they are like i need to provide either original one or the attested photocopy.

There is something called provisional admission.

try checking with the school you are applying.

The only alternative is the "attested copy".

Did USEF stop attesting the certificates?

नेपल् बैंक जमल मा कति प्रति हो त्यसनुसार पैसा बुझाएको भौचर लिएर जाने, बिहानै हो भने त्यही दिन आटेत्स गरि दिन्छ। होइन भने भोलि पल्ट। अनि खाम लिएर जान न बिर्सने, खाम मा समेत शिल्ड गरिदिन्छ।
