Hi, 1. Can I apply TPS only (no EAD) this time and later EAD whenever it is needed (before the expiration of TPS)? Or, should EAD be applied at the same time when TPS is applied? 2. If I apply and got approved TPS EAD, will it hamper H1B? (I mean, will H1B be hampered only when I use TPS EAD or even I haven't use it and only got approved) Does anybody have an idea?

Yes, you can just apply for the TPS, (could be a better option if your job is stable) You cannot use both H1b and TPS EAD concurrently. If you use TPS EAD , you will transition from H1b to TPS status.

Thanks maxpayne. But I still have a question. Will H1B be changed to TPS automatically once it is approved or it only happens after I use it? (i.e, If I have TPS EAD approved but haven't use it, will it hamper H1B or not?)
