Hey guys can you please tell me what do we call 'chiura' and 'dalmoth' in english. I am trying to buy those stuffs here but I can't make these khaires understand the things that I want.

I don't know about dalmod but chiura is called 'beaten rice' or 'pokha'

aaaa beimaan,dherai rakshi dhokna thaale jasto chha chiura ra dalmoth khaana lai......, ahile lai pistachios le kaam chalaudai gara.....

I don't know why you need these word in english but keep in mind they don't say sagarmatha  they make mt. Everest they don't say machhapuchre the pronounce fishtail what is this you ever think about this so don't think every nepali world in english you can say dalmoth in english also dalmoth. Becouse you know you are great and your language also.

What is the English name of "Parwar" or "Parwal", a vegetable we get in Nepal in the summer season.

Parwar falls under some kind of "Gourd". They may not have Parwar in USA. But i am sure it is a Gourd family

u r rit that these people dont know the nepali words but they give their own words for our heritages and resources. I would love to say the nepali word for the things. However, they don't understand the nepali word for dalmoth and chiura. I want to eat those as I m feeling sick of those. that's why I wanted the english name so dat i cud search them here

"Chiuraa" or "beaten rice" that we use to translate to in Nepal is known as "POHA" in Indian stores. They have thick and thin versions of "POHA".

I think parwal is called as Pointed gourd in english  (Scientific name: Trichosanthes dioica).
