Hi sathi haru, has anyone changed status from TPS to F-1 in previous years? I am looking to enroll in graduate school with F-1. The program starts in May but the change of status process will probably take 7-9 months if I apply for COS in March. I am reaching out to lawyers as well but has anyone on the forum previously applied for COS from TPS to F-1 and what was your experience? I came in as a student and got my TPS right after college, so no overstay during any of the last 8 years. Thank you!
