Nepal is going through one of the most important phases in its history -
that of making a new constitution. For many, public consultation and
inclusion will be critical factors leading to the ultimate legitimacy of
the process and the credibility of the final outcome. Voices from
Below: Constitution Making in Nepal is a new documentary that will be
launched in late November 2010. A six minute preview has now been made
available for the general public. The film seeks to convey the spirit of
the constitution making process in Nepal and showcases people's voices,
